Leticia Gonzalez opened Aztec Real Estate in 1996, after being in the real estate industry since 1990. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Leticia worked in retail management. With 25 years of real estate experience, Leticia enjoys assisting all her clients, in what is one of the most important decisions people face, when buying or selling real estate. Her motto is, "I am with you step by step." Leticia is actively involved in the community she loves to serve. She has volunteered with non-profit Youth Leadership Programs for over 5 years. Leticia has led introductory classes at local high School for income taxes, home buying seminars and credit counseling at local churches. Leticia has helped sponsor local Adult and youth sports teams. Leticia enjoys the challenges she faces on a daily basis managing a busy real estate and income tax preparation business.

Nora Torres has been with Aztec Real Estate since September 2000 as a licensed Real Estate Agent. She assists in all aspects of obtaining preliminary documents and information required to process real estate contracts and listing agreements. Nora manages accounts receivable, trouble shooting/problem solving, as well a preparation of income taxes. Among Nora’s greatest strengths is her ability to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced and demanding real estate environment. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, bike riding and playing volleyball.

Elsa Herrera has been with Aztec Real Estate since September 2000 as a Real Estate Assistant. Elsa assists with, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll for Aztec Real Estate. She assists in obtaining preliminary documents and information required to process real estate contracts and listing agreements. Elsa’s greatest strength is her customer service skills. She loves working in an environment where she interacts with clients on a daily basis and continues to learn new things about the industry. Elsa enjoys her free time, taking long walks and reading.

Andrea Rendon has been with Aztec Real Estate since October 2014. She is responsible for handling multi-line phones, greeting clients and providing support as a general office secretary. When she is not at work Andrea enjoys volunteering her time at the Children's Hospital and being part of her local church. Andrea loves to spend time with her family and maintaining her exercise regiment

Maria E. Crespin is an Associate Broker at Aztec Real Estate. She began her real estate career with CHFA in multi-family housing in 1975. Maria specializes in First Time Homebuyers programs and enjoys working with families to purchase their new home. She assists with obtaining preliminary documents for an easy home buying process and no hassle closing.  When she is not working she is enjoying her family, playing golf, traveling and managing her own real estate portfolio.

Jesse Gamboa has been with Aztec Real Estate since September of 2000. He is responsible for handling all of Aztec Real Estate's IT needs. Jesse is constantly learning new things about the real estate and IT industry. Jesse is also responsible for running important documents to and from the office. When he is not working he enjoys being with his family, friends, and reading.

Marivel Gonzalez has been with Aztec Real Estate since 1996 as a Tax Consultant, she is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the tax season as well as real estate.  She enjoys constantly learning new things about the Income-tax and the real estate industry. Marivel is an animal lover. when she is not working she enjoys walking her dogs.

Michael Boyle Michael joined Aztec Real Estate in 2010. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, he has been working as a loan originator for 15 years. He was employed with Brown Foreman Beverage Corporation for 10 years in sales and marketing and has also owned and managed two small businesses. During the 10 years Michael was with Brown Foreman he was transferred several times and bought and sold seven homes providing him with real life experience of purchasing and selling real estate. He continues to originate mortgages in addition to being a real estate agent. He also manages several personal rental properties. In his free time, Michael considers himself a sports enthusiast.

Griselda Rubio has been with Aztec Real Estate since November 2018, she is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the tax season. She enjoys working in an environment where she is constantly learning new things. When she is not working she loves playing soccer and playing with her kids.

Mona Mercado has been with Aztec Real Estate since 2019, as a general office secretary, she is responsible for multiple-line phones, greeting clients, and file organization. Mona is hard working and very efficient. When she is not working she enjoys gardening and family time, spending time with her children, and keeping her house clean.

Linda Saucedo has been with  Aztec Real Estate since 2020, as a general office secretary she is responsible for multi-line phones, greeting clients, and providing support.  Linda is a hard worker and driven. When she is not working she enjoys cooking & long walks at Sloans Lake.

Fernando Gamboa has been with Aztec Real Estate since 2020 he responsible for managing and coordinating repairs for properties, as well as managing our database.  When he is not working he enjoys maintaining his exercise regimen.

Jenny Catano has been with Aztec Real Estate since March 2021 as a general office secretary she is responsible for multi-line phones, greeting clients, and providing support. Jenny is a fast learner. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family.

David Douglas is the IT for Aztec Real Estate. He has been with the company since 2009. When he is not working he is enjoying travel and doing mission and charity work abroad.
